FedEx Tweets Out That FedEx Guy Will Not Be Fired For Being An American Flag-Saving Hero

FED-EX! FED-EX! FED-EX!
FedEx Guy! Keeping his job just as he should. That’s a win for FedEx. That’s a win for America. That’s a win for mankind. Not to mention it would’ve been a pretty weird PR move for FedEx to be like, “Yeah we’re gonna fire the guy who stopped a bunch of people from burning the American flag.” I’m not saying that’s why they didn’t fire him but that’s gotta be at least part of it. Like I said in my previous blog about this, peaceful protests are fine. I fully support them. Just don’t burn the American flag. Don’t be that asshole. Nothing says, “Look at how awesome I am at protesting” like burning the flag. I understand that burning the flag is legal but still. You’re a serious asshole if you do it. There’s a lot of reasons why but the main one is the flag means so many different things to so many different people. Those protestors were burning it for one reason and it pissed off FedEx Guy because it means something different to him. Bottom line, don’t burn the flag. And if you do, don’t be surprised if you get fire-extinguished in the face.
