Good Day Philly's Lovable Mike Jerrick Getting Suspended For Saying "Bullshit" Is Such Bullshit

PhillyMag – Mike Jerrick, the longtime co-host of Fox 29’s Good Day Philadelphia, has been suspended by the station for an unknown amount of time for blurting out that Donald Trump mouthpiece Kellyanne Conway is “good at bullshit” during a live broadcast on Tuesday morning. Jerrick made the remark after seeing a clip of Conway telling Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd that White House press secretary Sean Spicer had used “alternative facts” about the number of attendees and viewers who witnessed Trump’s inauguration.

I’m suuuurrrrrreeeee this had to do with FCC regulations rather than Kellyanne Conway being a political figure that Fox may or may not support. But I digress. This isn’t about politics. This is about Mike Jerrick being a Philly, nay, universal treasure. The dude is hysterical and always on point. If Mike Jerrick wants to call someone out for their BS then he’s allowed to whip it out and yell bullshit from the heavens. He’s earned the right to do so. Just look at the time he trolled Ryan Lochte to Jeah and back

Hilarious. Sure, Ryan Lochte is basically an aquatic, less endearing Forrest Gump, with somehow less social skills/awareness. But, still, #TeamJerrick all the way. There’s no excuse for him to be out let alone suspended INDEFINITELY. Does Fox have no honor? Myself and Philly have always been behind this lovable coot. Well, except of course when he tried to pull a power move and sniff his former co-worker me lady Kacie McDonnell’s hair.
