Texas – A former Santa Fe Independent School District teacher is accused of having sex with two students over the last year and a half.
Kelsey Leigh Gutierrez, 25, is charged with three counts of improper relationship between educator and student. Prosecutors said there were two victims, but three different sexual acts were performed.
According to court documents, Gutierrez met with the 18-year-old Santa Fe High student around midnight Nov. 12 in the parking lot of the student’s residence. The two began kissing in the front seat of her car, then climbed into the back seat to have sex, investigators said.
Four days later, Gutierrez went to the student’s residence and had sex in his bedroom, court records show.
Investigators said Gutierrez admitted to having a sexual relationship with the student, and that they found evidence on both of their phones about meeting times and the student’s sexual performance.
Court documents state that in 2015 Gutierrez had a sexual relationship with another teen, who was still enrolled as a student at Santa Fe High School at the time.
I’m trying not to overdo these stories. Honestly, I am. I had one Tuesday and figured it will tide us over for a few days. Maybe a week. But when the universe drops a bomb like Kelsey Leigh Gutierrez on me, what can I do? My hands are tied. An admitted sexually deviant teacher committing three different “acts” with two different kids. Plus, she was actually grading one of them, so it’s like she and I are holding mirrors up to one another. The chance to grade the Sex Scandal Teacher who grades the students she has sex scandals with? What choice do I have but to get right on it, overkill be damned?
The Grades:
Looks: You can tell just from these pictures she is not a slender girl. Which is fine. Some ladies can wear the curves alright. She also has weirdly small features for her face. Like an older, Latina version of Russell from “Up.” But who am I kidding? As Kevin said on “The Office” when they were debating Hillary Swank, “I said she isn’t hot; I didn’t say I wouldn’t do her.”
Grade: B-
Moral Compass/Bad Judgment: You’ve got to hand it to Kelsey. There is no quit in her. Not only did she go after a second kid after getting away with that first one back in 2015, according to police she circled back with the first kid at least four times. Plus we’ve got texts to confirm everthing. We just need some closure on what that mystery third “sexual act” was. I mean, we can make assumptions about what the first two were. But that third one could be the difference between just a good SST and all time legend.
Grade: A-
Intangibles: How exactly did Ms. Gutierrez’ system work? If she graded the kid on Looks, Moral Compass/Bad Judgment and Intangibles, then it will prove the Heisenberg Principle, which states you cannot study something without affecting it. And mean I have not lived in vain.

Overall: B+. Now ladies, take a couple of days off. I’m begging you.
