Former Bachelor Ben Higgins And Lauren Bushnell Call Off Their Wedding

In Jojo, Jojo, Jojo and Joe News, Jojo Fletcher’s ex-lover Ben Higgins has called off his wedding to Lauren Bushnell, who won his season of the Bachelor. And while they didn’t officially break up, it’s clearly in the cards and Ben is just too much of a softie to lance the boil. I am honestly and fully shocked that none of these reality stars are having successful relationships. Chris and Whitney? Broken up. Andi and Josh? Broken up. Nikki and Juan Pablo? Broken up. Our only hopes are Jojo and Jordan and Kaitlyn and Shawn, and god am I praying for them to carry the incandescent torch of belief.

It’s a major blow for their reality spinoff show “Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After,” but it should mean fantastic things for Bachelor in Paradise, which could feature one or both of them. Josh Murray came back fresh off a breakup and made things spicy as ever this past season. You have to think that Ben at least will be coming back to do the same. And as an aside, it’s a good thing that Jojo Fletcher didn’t end up with Ben Higgins, because they might have threatened the Sixers status of having the most powerful Jojo and Ben combo around.

They have the moment of the breakup on cam tho, so the power of reality TV taketh away, but boy oh boy does it giveth. RIP Lauren and Ben.
