Photo Emerges Of Radio DJ Grabbing Taylor Swift's Ass, And She's Suing Him For It

TMZ – This is the photo Taylor Swift felt was too hot for the public to handle … the one she claimed would encourage “scandalous” and “prurient” behavior … the one that’s at the center of her sexual assault lawsuit against a former DJ.

Taylor has alleged in a deposition DJ David Mueller “reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo.” She says the picture is the smoking gun.

Swift asked a judge to keep the photo under wraps on grounds it would prejudice the potential jury. It’s hard to see how this pic unduly prejudices anyone.

Mueller denies grabbing Taylor’s ass and has sued her over it.

Too bad for this guy, but this isn’t the 50s any more, and you can’t just goose any broad that you see fit. This is clearly a scumbag move by this guy, as you should obviously never grab any girl’s ass without tipping her. You gotta have Saudi Prince money to get handsy with Taylor like that, or at least be any white guy in Hollywood. This guy simply can’t afford what he has a handful of right now. This is not sweet. But the fact that this is going to a lawsuit is a little extreme. In the perfect world, she would be able to just slap the shit out of this guy and embarrass him in front of everyone, but there are obviously bigger things in play here, like an image she has to uphold and the precedent that she has to protect.

I’ll just say tho, if the shoe was on the other foot and he was grabbing his dick, I don’t think anyone would be complaining. But that’s just further proof that chicks and dudes are different. Then again, Justin Beiber got away with it.

This guy just ins’t being tactful at all, and that’s what’s going to get him in trouble. Do the back-of-the-hand-swipe or the accidental-brush-by-rub or any other timeless move other than the on-camera-eyes-forward-grab. The DJ could definitely take notes from this kid.
