TAMPA, FL (WFLA) Orlando man was arrested Tuesday evening after picking up and tossing a flamingo named Pinky housed at Busch Gardens Tampa. According to police, Joseph Anthony Carrao, 45, was with his family when he reached into an animal pen and attacked the flamingo. According to the amusement park, Pinky was later “humanely euthanized” due to the severely traumatic injuries sustained in the assault
Poor fucking Pinky man. I dont know what’s happening with all these animal deaths lately, but it’s disheartening to say the least.
Two weeks ago we lost Cecil the Lion. Just eight days ago Harambe was taken from us. To top it off, Pinky is ripped from us just after his child was born.
The world is a wicked place. One day you’re at Busch Gardens eating some shrimp which gives you your gorgeous pink shine and hanging out with your pals in the water, and the next thing you know your ass is getting sidewalk slammed into oblivion. You think you’re gonna be ok but then you end up deader than shit. Sad! In some ways Pinky is better off. I’ll miss him and his smile the most.
