Pardon My Take Has Officially Made It, We Got Into Our First "Radio War"

It’s July which means one thing, Mt Rushmore season. But what happens when you run out of Mt Rushmore’s and stupid sports debates? Radio Wars. Classic classic trick in the biz. If you need to get some ratings you call out someone else and get a feud going. If you’ve never been in one, well then you’re a nOOb. Thankfully for else, we got in our first one yesterday when Big Ant from 97.5 The Fanatic called us douchebags live on air.

Why? We don’t know. We actually went on his show when they were in Chicago for the draft, nice guy, fun time, but apparently we’re douchebags. So we invited him on our show to hash it out or as it happened to be, make him listen to the Rocky Theme song a billion times while he was on “hold” in the Pardon My Take studios.

If you listen to the full show (LINK) we finally had Anthony on and he actually apologized. Then we played “Chip vs Chump” where he had to guess Chip Kelly quotes while the other quotes happened to be a one Adolf Hitler. Didn’t see us making amends so unfortunately our first Radio War only last 1 day but that’s not really the point. The point is you’re not a professional until you call out someone else’s masculinity on a radio/podcast. Now we’re there. We’ve made it. 1-0 PMT.
