I Respect The Hell Out Of The Hustle Of This Paraplegic Drug Dealer Who Took Cops On a High Speed Chase Using a Cane
Pilot - An admitted drug dealer who was paralyzed in 2007 during a police chase led Portsmouth detectives in May on another high-speed pursuit, according to police.
How does a man who has paraplegia manage to drive a rental car with no special apparatus installed? By using a cane to control the gas and brake.
According to court documents and testimony, Powell, 33, was the target of a joint Drug Enforcement Administration and Portsmouth police investigation before the chase. Detective Robert Dyer wrote in an affidavit that a cooperating witness called Powell on May 26 to buy 7 grams of heroin for $550. They planned to meet later in the day.
Before the deal happened, police spotted Powell across the street in the parking lot of a gas station, Dyer said. He was in the driver’s seat of a silver 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. The Portsmouth SWAT team moved in to make an arrest, but Powell sped away, running through stop signs. Dyer said it appeared Powell was conducting “counter surveillance” and spotted the unmarked police vehicles waiting for him.
Police followed as Powell “dangerously and recklessly” sped through Portsmouth, Dyer said. He added that Powell passed a school and into a residential neighborhood. Dyer said Powell drove faster than 70 mph through the neighborhood and didn’t stop at the intersection of Amelia and King streets. There, he ran into a moving vehicle – injuring the driver – and three parked vehicles.

It’s the circleeeeee of lifeeeeeeeeeee. What a fucking guy this is. He was paralyzed in 2007 in a high speed chase and then 9 years later, still selling drugs, he led police on another high speed chase. Time is in fact a flat circle, filled with heroin and fentanyl in between. Though extremely dangerous and a risk to public safety and seemingly a major piece of human shit who should not be allowed to live freely in society with the rest of us, all that aside, he has quite the hustle in him. Could have stopped selling drugs after he became a paraplegic, but nope. He could have sat there and been arrested for selling drugs when caught again, but nope. No fear. Sped away like a demon on the loose, using a fucking cane to push down on the gas. He 10000% knew he was getting caught, but fuck it, he already broke his neck once, what’s the worst that can happen? And it’s good that he got back on that high speed chase horse, no fear at all.
