John Cena And David Schwimmer Battle It Out To Play Hulk Hogan In "Hulk Hogan Vs Gawker"

You know, I expected to hate this. Sketch shows are so hit and miss, you never what you’re going to get. But I saw this popping up here and there so I gave it a looksee, and I’m glad I did. That’s wonderful shit. The David Schwimmer bit will never get old, because that’s exactly how I imagined his OJ Simpson audition played out, and he somehow landed that roll. Now Ross from Friends will just show up to every audition, be awful, and land rolls. This Maya & Marty show took what could have been a fairly mundane sketch and added the Schwimmer aspect, wonderfully executed by Martin Short, and knocked it out of the park. Sure it dragged on justttt a bit at the end like it was an old MAD TV sketch, but that’s to be expected.

And great job by Cena playing Hogan. At this point, Cena could leave the WWE at any time he wanted and become a regular in Hollywood. He’s leaving a ton of money on the table by staying in the WWE, but apparently he actually really loves it and has no plans on becoming the next Rock.
