Whats up Stoolies,

Not really sure where to begin when trying to win a contest pimping my wedding. I’m sitting here at work with 30 minutes to go on Friday evening in beautiful Santa Barbara CA (home to Oprah) and debating if I should write a sob story that would hopefully make you feel bad for me or be honest.

I’m taking the latter. I proposed to my fiance last October at a french restaurant. I’ve never had french food other than fries. Made a reservation to a place with 5 whole people inside. Obviously, my fiance being the second coming of Carmen San Diego knew I was up to something, but she let me proceed without interruption. Long story short she said “Yes” faster than Subway Jared to a 12 year….I mean 12 inch sandwhich.

Anyways speaking of sandwiches, once I tie the knot I am instantly becoming a Step-Dad. I pretty much already am but I guess this will make it official. I grew up with a step-dad since I was 4 years old. It took me 20 years to appreciate what he did for me that my dad (who’s still in my life) was not able to do. I am now that person who has that responsibility. I know my step-daughter will never understand until she’s older that one of the hardest things to do is raise someone else’s kid her mom banged, (trying to throw light to the sitch.) haha.

Okay I am getting off topic, but I would really appreciate if there was a possibility the Stoolies could help out with my wedding in October 2016. We pretty much have a lot covered but the suits for the groomsmen. There is a total of 5 groomsmen, Four are my cousins and one is her brother.

Our parents have put together and have paid for mostly everything. We don’t have any money anyways and are using our tax returns for flowers and the wedding dress. Her dad gave up his money for a new car (they only have one) to pay for our venue.

Please help us make this day awesome and unforgettable.
