KTXS - A Brownwood woman was arrested Wednesday after police say she pretended to be a bull and charged passing cars. Police got a 911 call around 8:30 p.m.  The caller said an intoxicated woman was charging passing cars in the 1700 block of 11th Street, like she was a bull. By the time police arrived Erika Lenz, 39, had been dragged inside by her sister and teenage son. The report says her teenage son told police his mom had “consumed large quantities of tequila.” The officer warned Lenz to stay inside. According to the report, Lenz “smugly” replied she would. But a short time later, she ran into the driveway. After her sister dragged her back inside, Lenz ran out a second time, but was stopped by the officer.

This, folks, is your feel good story of the day. Positive vibes only. Some people want to grow up to be doctors. Some people want to be lawyers. And others just want to be a bull. Who are you to say this woman is wrong? You go through life, through all the ups and downs, and we all have things we actually love but never think we can accomplish. Who right now, has some passion that you think about every night before bed, but you write it off because you tell yourself it’s just too outlandish? Or maybe you think your parents won’t approve? Or maybe it’s a desire to be a wild animal? Whatever it may be, don’t lose hope. Don’t lose that light at the end of the tunnel. As long as there is enough tequila involved, you truly can be whatever you want. Cheers, Erika Lenz, for never giving up hope that you could one day be a bull. Cheers.
