Having The Frozen Four In Tampa Is Maybe The Dumbest Thing Since New Coke

Honestly who the hell decided to put the Frozen Four in Tampa? What type of fucked up bullshit is that? The Frozen Four should be in 1 of 2 places. New England or the Midwest. Those are the only 2 places in the country the play college hockey and care about college hockey. You’re almost guaranteed to have local teams represented. QU vs. BC should be at the Garden, DCU Center or Dunkin Donuts Center. The joint at any of those places would be ROCKING. Instead it’s in fucking Tampa! I’m sure there are going to be tons of empty seats and a dull ass crowd. It’s utterly ridiculous. I honestly don’t understand the rationale at all. Are they trying to spread the game? Do they actually think that will work? College hockey will never be big in the South. EVER. Keep it where it belongs. New England or the Midwest. Whoever green lighted this should be shot and executed.
