Few things going on here:

1) This guy Shane is working out with is apparently on of the top Muay Thai trainers in the world. This guy is going to have Shane in the best shape ever come Mania. Plus, great sell job on that kick. Why Shane picked Muay Thai, who knows, but I love it and I think I’m going to start training Muay Thai now. Just like I wore Jordan’s with a suit on Saturday to coach a charity hockey game because Shane wore Jordan’s with a suit, I think I’m a big Muay Thai guy now.
