Everyone Wants To See The Yankees Including A Raccoon
Big news out of Yankee camp as a raccoon got into the stadium and climbed up the netting behind the plate, refusing to leave. For a team that’s been surrounded by the wrong kinds of attention at camp over the last few years, a raccoon being the biggest story in camp heading into the first Spring Training game of the year is great news.
The grounds crew had to knock the raccoon off of the netting leaving reporters to think that the raccoon was killed from the fall.
But against all odds the raccoon survived.
And there is still a whole staff of people hunting down the raccoon in the stadium.
Who would think that in 2016 the Yankees would be chasing an animal around the stadium and it would be less of a circus than 2015 Spring Training? We need them to start playing games already.
