You Do Not Want To French Fry When You're Supposed To Pizza When You're Hang Glide Skiing Down a Ginormous Mountain

RedBull - It’s no secret we love speedriding – the freeflight sport combining high-performance skiing with high-performance wings gives athletes access to some of the most incredible terrain on the planet. Steep powder lines that end in a huge cliff band? No problem! But that’s not the only thing they can do. In the hands of skilled pilots Valentin Delluc and Martin Schricke, the whole mountain is a playground – from gaping gorges to halfpipes. Watch above to see all the fun they had.

I love videos like this. Always have, always will. Just reminds me that sometimes there is more to life than sitting on my couch and watching Chopped. That maybe I should get out there and see the world. Maybe go for a hike, get some sun, have an adventure or two. I’m making strides though, I swear. For example today the power went out at my house. I could have jumped on Periscope and complained for two hours, but instead I put on pants before noon and went to a coffee shop. It’s true. And then I went to a bar and ate lunch. That’s one small step for a blogger, one giant leap for blogger kind. And you know what? I kinda liked it. Feel pretty accomplished today. It’s like when you don’t drink on a Friday night and wake up early on a Saturday and do laundry. It’s like woah, what is this feeling of accomplishment? So did I fly down a mountain and maneuver through a canyon where one wrong turn would leave me dead today? Maybe not. But we’re making baby steps over here. Maybe tomorrow I’ll leave the house again. We’ll see. We will see.
