Ball Girl at the Australian Open Forced To Retire Mid Match After Taking A Ball To the Face

BI – French tennis star Jo-Wilfried Tsonga cruised to an easy straight-sets win in the second round of the Australian Open, beating Australia’s own Omar Jasika, 7-5, 6-1, 6-4. But Tsonga still won over the crowd when he interrupted the match to tend to an injured ball girl. The moment came early in the third set with Tsonga serving. As he went to retrieve a ball on the court, he noticed the ball girl was visibly upset. After checking on her, he waved over to the chair umpire to let him know. It appeared as though the ball girl had been hit in the nose with one of the shots. Tsonga took the remaining tennis balls from the girl, held her arm, and then walked her to the sideline where an official took over and play resumed.

Talk about the pussification of America huh? We’re stopping grand slam tennis matches now because the ball girl took a tennis ball off the face?  What the hell was she doing? Was she even remotely paying attention? And how about showing just a tiny bit of toughness and playing hurt?  Like the ego on this chick to stop the entire match just so she could get a standing ovation as she leaves the court. Catching tennis balls was your only job! How do you fuck that up? How do you get a standing ovation for this? This is why I’m voting Trump.

Also not to make this into a fashion blog but that ball girl outfit has to be the ugliest outfit in the history of outfits.  Can we sex it up a little bit?  It’s 2016 for Christ Sakes.

PS – How do they not have the video of the girl getting smashed in the face?  What type of chop shop is the Australian Open running? I guess we’ll just have to settle for Kramer at the US Open.  Still love the hairdos on these bros.  Electric factory.
