Audio: 2 Dudes Driving With 20 Pounds Of Weed In Idaho Get Paranoid And Call Police To Turn Themselves In

Youtube – REXBURG A call made to 911 by a man moments before he and a friend were arrested for trafficking 20 pounds of marijuana has many shaking their heads. The call, released by the Rexburg Police Department and obtained exclusively by EastIdahoNews.com, was made by 22-year-old Leland Ayala-Doliente on Jan. 23, 2015. Ayala-Doliente was traveling from Las Vegas, NV to Bozeman, MT with 23-year-old Holland Sward. Court documents show the men were using marijuana during their trip and when they entered Idaho, they felt they were being followed by undercover police officers. Once they reached Rexburg, the pair exited Highway 20, parked their car and called 911.

Listen there’s being high and paranoid and then there’s just being stupid. Being paranoid is like when you’re smoking weed in a parking lot and you think every pair of brake lights that goes by is a cop. Being a fucking idiot is trying to flag down civilian cars and eventually calling the police on yourself because you’re driving around Idaho with 20 POUNDS of weed. Either you’re the dumbest motherfuckers alive or you smoked some PCP or something. And in either scenario, when the police dispatch gives you like 4 chances to be like “uh nevermind!” and hang up the phone, you gotta snap out of it. I dont care if there’s a made up dog in your brain thats getting cold. At some point you have to realize the universe is giving you a chance to stop yourself from shooting yourself in the foot. Take your 20 pounds of weed, go back to your house in Montana, and get all high and paranoid from the comfort of your isolated ranch.
