Golden State Started Their New Winning Streak Last Night By Eviscerating The Suns With Highlight Reel Plays

Golden State got back on the horse last night after that loss to the Bucks dropped them to 24-1. “How would they play?”, the people wondered. Well, all they did was go into the 4th quarter with a 40 point lead. Draymond Green had a triple double after 3 quarters. Klay had 43 points, including 27 in the 3rd. Andrew Bogut—love this one—played 21 minutes, had 0 points, and led all players with a +42. And your ol’ pal Steph was 10/14 from the field, finishing with a measly 25 points. At one point he missed back-to-back free throws, so have to assume he was only playing at 70% or so last night.

The 3rd quarter was one of the best 3rd quarters you’ll see this season. The Suns completely gave up on playing any sort of defense. They were so disheveled, so in over their heads. When I looked at the box score I was shocked to see they actually scored 19 points in the 3rd, it was just so completely lopsided (GS dropped 46). It was like watching the Harlem Globetrotters, the Warriors were doing pretty much anything they wanted and the Suns were just standing around watching in amazement.

This one was just mean. Andrew Bogut shouldn’t do that to you. Have some self respect.

I say this a lot, but the Warriors are so good, so freaking good this year I find it hard to believe people don’t at least watch the first half of every game. They play so much better than every other team in the league it’s fascinating to watch.
