Rate Handsome Hank's Dixie Expense Report He Just Handed Me

So here is Hank’s 3 month Dixie expense report he just handed in.    Now before people say “that’s not that much money” they had credit cards with them so this is for stuff they just couldn’t pay with plastic.   Yes the McDonalds thing makes no sense.   Anyway Hank came up to my office and asked for his check.  I asked him how much.  He said $1450.   I asked him if he had any records.  He handed me this.   Then I tweeted it and he started doing the math and said it was actually only $1170.  I can’t decide whether it’s same old Hank on our hands or a new more sophisticated “Cunning Hank” trying to run a $300 ponzi scheme on me.
