I have one basic rule when it comes to whether or not I like a girls dress.  It’s not about who the designer is or what fabric it’s made of or how many hours it took to make said dress.  None of that shit matters to me (or any other guy for that matter) when it comes to giving the thumbs up or thumbs down to a red carpet dress.  That rule being, if you look borderline naked while wearing the dress then I’m a fan.  Irina Shayk’s dress passes that rule with flying colors.  It’s really that simple.  Make it look like you’re naked on the red carpet and I’ll applaud you.  It’s called being classy.  We saw a million other dresses last night and this one isn’t getting enough play.  More nakedness and more skin is the key to any dress.  That’s just my expert opinion.
