Introducing The Ravens' Golden Ticket To The First Overall Pick

Hi everyone, this is Matt Schaub.

Matt Schaub is not a #elite QB.

Which is just grand. Exactly what the doctor ordered. The Ravens sit at 3-7 with 6 left to play, and are only a game ahead of the pace for the first overall pick. What’s better is Schaub and the Ravens head to Cleveland next week to take on the 2-8 Browns. MAJOR opportunity to move back in the standings with Johnny Football playing for his career against the Ravens abominable secondary. I don’t feel great about this whole tank thing. I’m not 100% comfortable with it. But this is the hand we’ve been dealt. It’s a shitty shitty hand, but we can’t change it. I’m in shambles thinking about Joe’s poor knee but crying about it helps nothing. We’ll worry about that come training camp next year. For now, it’s time to fold like a cheap suit and play for 2016, and Matt Schaub is just the guy for the job. Pretty brilliant signing by Ozzie last offseason if we’re being honest.  Time to go get a first overall pick.
