Well it turns out the Atlanta Hawks are a little bit better than the Bucks are (especially if the Greek Freak, Jabari Parker and O.J. Mayo aren’t playing). Melo continues to struggle with his shot, while nobody else on the team really picked him up. Former No. 2 pick/future MVP Derrick Williams came back to Earth, while Kyle O’Quinn has already cemented his place as a fan favorite.
But the moment everyone will be telling their grandkids about is when Kristaps Porzingis stole the ball, spin moved Paul Millsap into Never Never Land and threw down an electric dunk that almost blew the roof off of Madison Square Garden.

Meanwhile, Indiana fans were chanting “Derek Fisher” at Matt Barnes during last night’s Grizzlies-Pacers game. So our coach is haunting the guy whose wife he’s canoodling with from 700 miles away. The newspapers will tell you that the Knicks lost last night. But I am here to tell you that this scene at Bankers Life Fieldhouse gave the Knicks at least half a win for the night.
The next three games are at Washington, home against the Spurs, and then at Cleveland. It may be tough sledding, but if Godzingis keeps making memories for all of us while Matt Barnes keeps getting trolled, we should survive this stretch.
