13 Year Old Boy Facing Assault Charges After Kissing a 14 Year Old Girl On a Dare

WJLA - Baltimore County Police and Baltimore County school officials responded to a report of assault involving two eighth-grade students at Pikesville Middle School on Wednesday. School officials took a report regarding a 13-year-old boy who kissed a 14-year-old girl during school hours. The unwanted kiss was allegedly the result of a dare made by students. Police confirm that the boy is now facing a second-degree assault charge as a juvenile. No one was injured during the incident, police say, and disciplinary actions related to suspension or expulsion will be handled by the school system.

It’s where you show if you have the grapefruits to make it in the dog eat, dog world out there. It shows you have confidence, an important part of growing up. And so this kid followed through on the dare andddddd now he’s facing assault charges. How in the world does it get to that? Sally Sue tells a teacher…and the teacher calls the police? Sally Sue’s parents call the police? Why are police involved in middle school truth or dare? You slap the kid with some detention, maybe take away recess for a week, and you move on. You don’t need to bring the police into this. Second degree assault? No wonder they banned dodge ball. You hit the wrong asshole in the head with a little rubber ball and you’re looking at 5-10.

PS: Sally Sue should feel HONORED. There’s only 2 reasons she’d be the girl chosen as the girl to be kissed: She’s either really hot and everyone wants to kiss her, or she’s really ugly and will never be kissed. So she’s either a future smoke and her life is going to be the easiest life ever, or she’s mad ugly and just got kissed, a moment she should cherish. She should be thanking the boy, not pressing charges.
