I’m not sure if this is true or not, but teams that celebrate week 1 wins like they just won the Superbowl just reinforce in my mind how far superior the Patriots are to everybody else. Don’t get me wrong it was a nice win for the Cowboys. But you don’t win championships being week 1 gangstas. It’s a long ass season. Maybe I’m blowing it out of proportion, but that’s how I view the world. Never get too high or too low. Some teams play with the big picture in mind and some just are dangling in the wind week to week.
