This Couple's Drunk History Wedding Speech Is A Lot More Entertaining Than It Should Be

Are they a couple of Hollywood Hipster Dufuses who most likely think they’re edgy and cooler than everyone else? Probably. Am I jealous that a magoo magician can land a certified smokestack that easily? Absolutely. But you gotta give credit where credit is due, this was extremely original, well done, and entertaining. Weddings are inherently boring with A, B, C, traditional crap. I’d much rather watch a couple get sloshed and tell a great and well produced story of how they met than hearing some drunk Dad try to make corny jokes to warm up the crowd before his generic speech. On second thought, as long as there’s an open bar and endless plates of bacon wrapped scallops, people can do and say whatever the hell they please. If it’s a cash bar then it doesn’t matter what happens, people are rooting for a divorce no matter what. The only worse wedding violations are the groom taking his shirt off on the dance floor or the DJ leading off with “Shout”. But, yeah, good for these two I guess.
