BAZOOKA JOE TIME: Joe Milton Is the Starting QB for the Philadelphia Eagles
This is why we do it, folks. Bazooka Joe took his talents to Philadelphia and now he's the starting quarterback of the Eagles. It's show time.
It seems the head honchos at the NFL may have actually listened to my idea from earlier this season. The Eagles have a game with the Giants this Sunday before a late afternoon matchup with the Steelers and the Thanksgiving Day game against the Cowboys. Obviously, things have not gone well for Philadelphia this season. But the League still needs the Birds to be entertaining, especially for one of its most high-profile games of the season.
So you hit the Joe Milton button.
The Eagles might not win, but I promise you they're going to be the most entertaining offense in the NFL — whether that be for better or worse. And if we make it to that Thanksgiving game with Milton taking on his own team, it will be a sad holiday in the Walker house.
I feel good about where we are. This is going to be cinema. Long live Bazooka Joe.
