Things Are Going So Good For The Giants These Days We Have John Harbaugh Quoting 'Call Me Maybe' While Talking About Trades

Let this be a warning to the rest of the NFL. John Harbaugh is on the podium trying to remember the words to Call Me Maybe, a generational song. That song had a stranglehold in 2011-12.

Oh and that's right. That's nearly 2 BILLION views on that music video. Song still plays, I don't know how you can argue against that. The best part is this is all because he called the Titans owner directly to see about Jeffrey Simmons. I love the move. No need to get other guys involved or a 3rd party. If Harbaugh wanted Simmons, you call the Titans yourself. It obviously didn't work, but it sets the tone.

Now the question is, who the hell do we end up trading for? I know everyone is screaming Jonathan Taylor but that seems to be getting priced out. Harbaugh even mentions that.

I do think it'd be dumb not to try and improve this team. You're in control of the division. You're looking at a 3 seed in the NFC playoffs! That's something you can win with. You can get some real momentum with year 1 under Harbaugh and 2 young quarterbacks and a group that is built around a lot of young players on both sides of the ball.

This is the moment though that I know Harbaugh likes this team. You don't start singing Call Me Maybe for no reason. You only break that out when you got something in the works and he likes what he sees. Next time he'll remember the words. I know he knows every single word to that song, because all of America does. I can't believe this is where we are already. Now it's time to beat Philly and really take control of this division. It's right there.
