MLB and Marvel's Crossover 'Avengers Doomsday' Teaser Might Be Pound For Pound The Worst Commercial Ever Made

Count me in as a sucker who once again is getting excited about a big Marvel movie. 32 years old and they still got me, hand up I'm a loser. The whole Robert Downey Jr. coming back as Dr. Doom concept has my interest. If there's one guy who could pull this off it's him. How we get there, who is involved, and how it looks is another story. This trailer in August really got the hype train going, and if you ask me it's is all I needed until the December 18th release date. 

And why was I all set with trailers and promotion after that one? Because of the possibility of something like this coming out. 

Never have I seen a cross promotion trailer that simultaneously makes me want to watch nothing involved. How many people did that get approved by to get the green light? Serious people watched that clip and said yup this is awesome let's rip it. How? 

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but what the fuck is this conversation?

Why? Who is this for? A porno delivers lines better than these guys. It's not even like they intentionally made the lines cheesy for comedic value. Nope, they had Miz, Harper, Freddie, Randy, and Caminero actually try and figure out what was happening with the Fantastic Four on the field. 

The internet is also laughing at the CGI for the first pitch. The MLB players are only in the commercial version here, not the actual movie, but it does appear like there is a baseball scene in this movie with Reed Richards throwing out a first pitch and some kind of event happening at the game. This all looks terrible if this is what we're going to see in the movie.
