You got to love this stupid ass sport. When you think college football, yes you can think of terrific games, amazing plays, great players, uniforms, the history, the pageantry, the drama, and on and on and on. But this is the stuff built on college football. A rivalry and a trophy that neither athletic department wants any part of, yet the people (and Barstool) are forcing it down peoples throats and making it a storyline on a Friday night in October. This is why we watch college football, this is what makes it so special. This is why the fanbases are fucking lunatics, the people care so much, and week after week, day after day, year after year it's built for social media and the internet because it delivers such ridiculous moments. And no more ridiculous than a trophy no one wants being hoisted up post game tonight.
