WR1: Malik Nabers Ain't Worried About Another QB Change Because All He's Gotta Do Is 'Get Open And Catch The Ball. It's Not That Hard'
All this talk about another quarterback change for the Giants and how it's going to impact the receivers. Problem solved. Throw it to Malik Nabers. I mean he says it himself. It's not hard, you're wearing gloves. We hear all the stories about the receiving gloves these days, it feels like a cheat code. It's basically Clifford Franklin in real life
The important thing here is to remember that Malik Nabers is a true WR1. The dude has been awesome lately. 3 straight games over 110 yards. 3 straight games with at least 6 catches, 2 of those games over 10. That's what you do when you're Malik Nabers. He says it himself. All he has to do is get open, then you throw him the ball. Simple gam here, folks. Also helps when Isaiah Likely is out there
Love this strategy. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Get the ball to your best players as much as possible. When that happens, good things happen. It's the strategy that a team like the Giants should be using. No more of this running back committee bullshit. Get the ball to the guys who make plays as much as possible and JJ will be fine.
I love everything being talked about. People trying to mock the Giants for starting JJ. He looked good on Sunday. He's the better option than Jameis right now. Plus, the team seems to like him. Now just throw the ball to Malik. He's going to be open. He's going to catch it.
