"I'm Not From The West Coast. I'm From Ohio, Baby. Fuck Is You Talking About?" LeBron Is Putting Hecklers In Their Place At Madison Square Garden
You come at the King, you best not miss.
Was this delusional Knicks fan chirping at LeBron seriously under the impression that LeBron was from the west coast? Was that his biggest jab? You gotta be born yesterday if you don't know that LeBron James is from fucking Ohio. But then again, the person sitting in those good of seats at MSG is probably some rich doctor who doesn't know shit about basketball.
And what is this sudden obsession that people have with where LeBron is from, where he lives, and blah blah blah? I'm sorry. Does he need to be from Philly just to play for the 76ers? Did you want him to grow up in Kensington with all the crackheads?
It's truly unbelievable. Is it a requirement all of a fucking sudden that you need to be born and raised in the city that you play for? I don't know why this has become such a topic of discussion. Sure, LeBron isn't a Philly guy. He won't be living there full time. I get it. But who the fuck cares? It's the greatest basketball player of all time deciding to end his career playing for our team. He doesn't need to embrace us any more than that.
Not to mention, if we're really gonna be keeping tabs on just how loyal LeBron is to Philadelphia, let's take a look at all the Knicks players who are Philadelphia Eagles fans. We can go down that rabbit hole if you want.
So let's pump the brakes on all this LeBron criticism. Regardless, I love to see him firing back at these Knicks fans. Seems like the trash talk is already in midseason form, and it's this type of dawg mentality that the Sixers have lacked in years past. Feed me all of it.
