John Harbaugh Trying To Spinzone That He 'Didn't Bench' Cam Skattebo Is Incredibly Stupid, Needs To Just Give Him The Ball Again

I hate this from Harbaugh. You proved your point. Cam Skattebo got punished for fumbling against the Commanders and leading to a tie. But, you also cost yourself a game here against the Saints. Well, so did Charlie Jones and his bum ass for that fumble at the end of the first half that flipped the game completely. But, you wonder why the run game didn't look good? You didn't give the ball once to the best running back on our roster. 

I will say, Cam handled it right. Say what you want about the guy he didn't throw a fit over being benched publicly: 

Mission accomplished. You proved your point, Harbaugh, now give him the ball again. There's no point in benching the one guy who can actually run the ball and get you something back there. Obviously yesterday also became a chase game in the second half, but get playmakers out there. That includes JJ. Time to play, JJ. But that's for a different blog. 

I don't get why Harbaugh is making a fit over this either. That quote from him and spinzone is just bizarre. Just say you benched him for fumbling. We all knew it was coming, we all read the reports and then watched the game. The fact is the Giants have a chance to make the playoffs, even without Dart. The NFC East has opened up for them, but you can't take dumb losses. You gotta play Skattebo until he fumbles again. Najee Harris ain't the answer. You can say you're searching for the guy in the running back room, he's already there. He got punished, let him play.
