A Couple 49ers Reporters Are In A Good Old-Fashioned Journalist Fight Over One Of Them 'Hugging Players And Thinking He's On The Team'

I'm not going to sit here and pretend that I know Grant Cohn or Dave Lombardi. How many Lombardi's are there in football, by the way? What I do know is this a good old fashioned journalist fight. There's nothing gets these guys going like 'being professional' or being too close to the team or something like that.

Now, I guess I should say I once was a journalist. It's so stupid how people have to act in that world. You say something that people don't agree with and you're controversial. You have to pretend like you're not a fan of teams and all this other bullshit. No one cares. No one cares who you cheer for if you're a journalist, as long as you say what's real. Everyone has eyes and a brain, so it's not like you can just lie to what happened.

What I do need, is this to reach this sort of level:

To be fair, there isn't a response yet

I'm going to guess there's no response because no one gives a shit? I mean I find it hilarious because these guys getting into a spat over behavior is always so pathetic that it's funny. I don't even know if I can find a way to care about it outside of making of the ridiculousness of it. I mean, sure, maybe 49ers fans pick a side. But this is one way to get some attention despite your team being undefeated.

So let it be known. If you hug a 49ers or bro out or think you're on the team, your ass is in trouble. It's only good old fashioned journalistic behavior allowed in the 49ers locker room.
