After Dunking on 'Practice Squad Player' Efton Chism, CJ Gardner-Johnson Went to the Internet for Advice. It Did Not Go as He'd Hoped.
CJ Gardner-Johnson is having a career for himself. He was a starter on the Eagles Super Bowl team a couple of years ago. He led the league in interceptions in 2022. And yet it's fair to say he's never done anything that's made a name for himself quite like this viral, Community Noted insult to the wide receiver who'd just defeated his undefeated Bills with 2026's Play of the Year so far:

While I have no doubt that CJGJ doesn't mind getting ridiculed by Mike Vrabel, have Rex Ryan suggest the Bills should release him and so on, I can see where he'd be interested in putting the loss and the reaction to his comments behind him, and just get back to normal.

As we speak, 500 such comments. Next to none of them actual suggestions for Gardner-Johnson on how to keep warm on the cold Western NY nights to come. Just Patriots fans reminding him they never forget. The internet remains undefeated. And that, just like in the glory days of 2001-19, there's no fanbase in North America that can troll like this one can.
Another opponent can't start talking this kind of shit soon enough for my liking. We are absolutely BACK.
