Emmanuel Acho's Reaction Video To The Cam Jurgens Trade Got Community Noted Because It Was Maybe The Fakest "Reaction" You'll Ever See

I have no idea how to place Emmanuel Acho, guys. As it relates to the Eagles, he'll run his mouth and get Big Dom put under investigation for something that happened a fucking decade ago. But on the other hand, he'll make videos about our players getting traded that are so performative that I simply can't stop watching them. This has all happened in the past month, by the way.

And don't get me wrong, people call me performative all the time. I totally get it. I recognize I'm far from being everyone's cup of tea. But at the same time, the thought of faking a reaction video like this has never even crossed my mind. So the fact that he had the idea for this video in the first place, as well as the belief that this idea was a good one...I almost have to sit back and applaud him for it. I'm absolutely captivated by the thought process of it all.

Seriously, how does the lightbulb go off in his head that tells him "I'm going to set my camera up, film myself jumping rope, and then pretend to see an alert on my phone for the first time that Cam Jurgens was traded"? Someone in the replies pointed out that it was like White Goodman pretending to read the dictionary in front of a girl. Spot on. The jump roping is just too funny.

Hey, he's in the content business. He's trying to get numbies. And clearly, it worked out for him in this regard. That simple act of jumping rope for no fucking reason has gotten him over 2 million views so far. On a video about a struggling offensive linemen being traded midseason. You gotta give him props.

However, the extra attention this video received is also what got it community noted. Too many people thought the reaction was corny as hell, to the point where they reported it to Twitter for being fraudulent. And Twitter responded by attaching a note to the tweet informing the masses that it was, in fact, a staged reaction video. Incredible.

I've been going through a crisis today as it pertains to the Eagles. I'm not necessarily hung up on the Jurgens trade, specifically, but more so the idea that this era of Eagles football is rapidly coming to an end. This video from Acho, though -- it definitely made me feel much better.

So thank you, Emmanuel Acho.
