Grudge Guy: Dre Greenlaw Talked A Massive Amount Of Shit To Sean Payton All Game Because He Was 'Disrespected' The Way Payton Cut Him

I think this somehow got lost in the 4pm slate yesterday. Then again those games were all kind of gross. Sure, they were close, but for the most part the offenses were gross. But this is where we get a gaggle of shit talking from Dre Greenlaw. I honestly forgot he was on the Broncos. He went forever at the 49ers to a year with the Broncos and got released in March.

That's the background of how we got here and why 49ers fans and Broncos fans are now screaming at each other into a void known as social media. Because people are saying he was asking to be released. Well, to Dre Greenlaw, Sean Payton fucked up. 

Do I care about the truth? No. I love seeing some shit talking between a coach and a player. It's rare we get something like that these days. Everyone is so friendly, sometimes you get some hate between players. But rarely do we get a top tier shit talking like this. Sean Payton is great at being back in the league and mixing it up with people. He's never been one to hide his thoughts or hold back what he's going to say. 

Plus, it's smart by Greenlaw. Athletes love talking about disrespect. Whether it's where they get drafted, who goes over them, free agency moves, whatever, athletes thrive talking about disrespect. It's like a free pass to talk all this shit. I see Dre Greenlaw say he felt disrespected and my brain just goes yeah, that's fine. If you win, do what you want. Love it even more that it went on after the whistle. You don't just stop because the whistle blows.

Incredible way to hold a grudge. You know Greenlaw had this planned and Payton played into it with the nodding and everything. Fair play all around.
