Everything Is Coming Up WSD

That was a methodical win by the White Sox today. METHODICAL. SURGICAL. It was TOO FUCKING EASY. 

Anyways...let's start by getting a few things straight: 

- I know I'm a loser
- I know I'm bad at most things
- I know the teams I root for are, in general, not good. In fact, their a laughingstock more often than not...

... I could go on and on about the 41-121 record, or how Northwestern University one of the worst teams in P2 football in terms of wins and losses there is

- I know the Bears haven't done shit, for the most part, for the entirety of my life (born in late '88) 

But for some reason it all flipped this week. I'm not even kidding when I say this, I think it's devine intervention. I am not going to go as far as to say that "I've found Jesus", but I watched a crazy doc on the Shroud of Turin last week and it gots me thinkin. Not completely sold yet, but not unsold either. 

Nevertheless - holy shit it's been a week for the lowly, affable WSD: Bears kill the Eagles, Sox sweep the Astros, Padres sweep the Cubs, Northwestern kills PSU and opens the absolute best stadium in the world, then Sox beat the Tribe in Cleveland. Not only that, but I had Montgomery, Meidroth and Munetake to HR in each of their games. 

I am WHITE FUCKING HOT. 

That's all I really have to say right now. Oh, and I absolutely DECIMATED my peers in the Drop A Pin Geography Grand Prix this week:
