"What A Damn Comeback Year For THE POINT" Sophie Cunningham Posted An ELITE Troll At A'ja Wilson That Referenced Her Charging The Fever Crowd All Because A Guy Innocently Pointed At Her

If you missed A'ja Wilson's unnecessary & childish freak out from Game 2, give a click above for the full monty. Long story short, A'ja barreled over Sophie Cunningham for what should have been a CLEAR offensive foul and was then met with a FIERCE point from one of the Fever faithful on the baseline. Full disclosure, he did take a tiny step forward whilst pointing, although still wasn't past the first row of seats at that point. Nor was security worried about him escalating from there. Also confirmed he didn't say any inflammatory remarks. Just "THE POINT."

But apparently A'ja thought she was about to viciously attacked or some shit like that? Because she went full Ron Artest running into the seating area to seemingly get ahead of the situation… Except it was quite literally a big nothing burger. Ugly, nasty, embarrassing stuff all around from her. Now by the letter of the WNBA law, there should've absolutely been an automatic ejection for her along with a suspension for Game 3. If only Cathy Engelbert possessed a spine in her body. If only…

"With the baseline situation, I don't know if you guys know me, but I'm— I don't really get into the bulls---. I don't. I try to play my game, keep it pushing. But if I'm just walking because I just got the foul, I'm chilling, and if I see a man come at me taking steps towards me and pointing at me, I don't give a damn what you said. I don't give a damn how you said it, the tone. That is unacceptable. You don't step towards me. I'm sorry. You never should stand and point at me. I'm not, I'm not, I'm not for that shit at all. Excuse my French and God bless me. Yeah. But that there is unacceptable. And how he gets back in the game because they said he didn't do anything, of course he didn't. And that's fine. But, and I apologize to my team because I got us a tech and I really, but it's just certain things that I'm just not going to allow anymore because it's just unacceptable. So don't, you don't know me at all to come and step towards me and point at me and say anything out your mouth."

Sucks to see a 4x MVP be so Charmin soft out there, but that's how the cookie crumbles sometimes I guess. Although it is pretty fascinating she got that offended by a meager point, when that's exactly what her teammates were taunting Caitlin Clark with during their Game 1 win. Pot calling the kettle… Nevermind.

Or maybe it's because A'ja thinks she has special privileges out there? Hard to think otherwise the way she illegally barrels through the paint. But hey, at least those aren't as offensive as her old tweets. This is who Jemele Hill wants as the "face of the league"? Good job, GOOD effort.

Which brings us to today and their do-or-die Game 3 tonight in Las Vegas. As expected the Aces are favored, but that didn't stop CC's #1 enforcer Sophie Cunningham from throwing some white gas on the fire this morning. She posted an elite troll against A'ja, which makes sense since she was the originator of "THE POINT" earlier this season. Clever girl.

Last time Sophie pulled out that move, she was nearly beheaded by Dijonai Carrington a few games later. Fair to wonder what type of aggressive violence could be coming her way from A'ja's team. Honestly pretty brilliant strategy from Sophie getting all those immature enraged Aces focused on her instead of Caitlin tonight. We can only hope they pull off the upset and send these lame cry wolf losers to Cancun. And that's all I got to say about that. GO FEVER!
