Sonny Styles Is A Freak Of Nature

Let me put this take right here in writing- It's only a matter of when, not if, Sonny Styles wins DPOY. He is an absolute freak of nature out there. He is in on every play, incredible in coverage, and is only 3 games into his career. An absolute monster in every way you want a LB to be. In his humble game vs the Seahawks he finished with 4 tackles, 1 INT, 2 PD, 1 FF, and 1 QBH. And that is going to end up being on the low end of the norm for him. He's just that good and talented, while still raw and new to the position. We have ourselves a STUD at the linebacker position and I could not be happier. All the people who called him a bust because of literally 1 preseason play are awfully quiet now.

As for the game yesterday, it was awesome. Winning is always the best feeling, nevermind over the defending champs. Seeing Terry get his groove back, Mariota playing his dick off, the defense making stops in huge moments, it was all a delight. Big shout out to Amik Robertson who is putting the secondary on his back in a way we haven't seen in AGES. Mikey is still a liability, but I guess that just is what it is at this point. Maybe he will improve as the season goes on, we shall see.

It's crazy how last week I was motherfucking this team up and down, left and right, and now I could not be more in on them. Honestly, it all goes back to Sonny Styles. I cannot wait to see him get better and better and see him evolve into his final form. Other team's GMs are shivering just thinking about that. HTTC.
