ANNOUNCEMENT: Cam Skattebo Wants Giants Fans To Show Up And Be 'Lit' Because They Aren't Going Take A Step Back And 'New York Loves Jameis'

Well, that's all I needed to hear. If Cam Skattebo wants Giants fans to show up and be lit, then who are we to argue? He's not wrong. He's not wrong in the sense that the next 3 games are the Titans, Cardinals and Commanders. You can win those 3 without Jaxson Dart! It ain't gonna be easy. It completely derailed our season. But what ... what if? What if we get a little hot and all of a sudden are sitting at 4-1? Maybe that gives you a reason to believe. 

What I will say is, yeah, we love Jameis Winston. But Jameis Winston can't suck. If he sucks we're going to say just go into the booth and be our entertaining media guy. We prefer having a quarterback who can throw the ball. That's just simple fan math there. But he is right. Again, the season feels over. But that's no reason not to have a little bit of belief. It's week 3. You have 3 winnable games coming up. Just win those and then let's figure it out. 

It was a freak injury too. That's the annoying thing. That's what fans need to remember. He wasn't running out of the pocket. He was making a pass and got his knee destroyed on a hit. That's no one's fault besides maybe the offensive line for not giving him a cleaner pocket. But it's football. People get hit. 

I do think he's right though. There's no reason for fans to not show up to games right now. This isn't a Packers/Tucker Kraft situation. This is get out there and believe in a new era. Believe that Harbaugh can find a way to sneak out some wins. Who cares if it's ugly? Get drunk, go make noise, be lit. Listen to Cam Skattebo.
