They wanted to see a brisket with bark that has been set and not washed away by all the fat. They wanted to slice into that brisket and see a smoke ring and perfectly rendered fat. And that's exactly what they got.
That friend group right there gets it. Their boy put in the work on the smoker for hours to get that thing right. It has to be the best brisket he's ever cooked, and they made sure to celebrate appropriately. A squad who will get that fired up for your successes in life is a group of guys you want to surround yourself with.
