Summer may unofficially be over since Labor Day has passed but the Summer Of Brunson is clearly still chugging along and won't stop until The King of New York goes back into Psycho Mode to prepare to defend his crown. I mean you don't hear that type of pop from that type of crowd for an athlete. But Jalen Brunson is no longer just an athlete. He is the king of the unofficial capital of our planet, which results in those types of shrieks (from both teeny bopper girls and grown ass Knicks fans like the one writing this blog) not to mention this type of reaction from his queen.

The Knicks winning the NBA championship in historic fashion will forever be the highlight of my life as a basketball fan. But watching Jalen Brunson become an icon by accepting and conquering the biggest challenge in the NBA is an extremely close second.
