"SEX Symbol, Is That Fair?" Sophie Cunningham Accepted Her WNBA Flowers From A Possibly Horny Colin Cowherd But Quite Frankly, He Is NOT Wrong

Colin Cowherd, you old sailor you! Way to keep Big J Journalism alive & well out there my friend. Hard hitting questions ONLY. Bravo! Looks like all those nasty debates online about Sophie Cunningham can stop now too. She is a sex symbol for the WNBA. Case CLOSED. Deal with it bitches.

Colin Cowherd: “When you are kind of viewed a little bit and I don’t know any other term a little bit as the league’s… just say it, I don’t care. Sex symbol. Is that fair?”

Sophie Cunningham: “Hey, that is way better. I thought you were going to go somewhere completely different with this, so I’ll take it.”

Colin Cowherd: “My take is you lean into it a little bit, like you’re an interesting contradiction. You’re tough, you’ll fight anybody, you’ll taunt anybody… but you’ll make sure coming into the arena, I look good, and I want you to know I look good.”

And credit to her for leaving NO stone unturned this season trying to raise that Q Rating in the flyover over states. She’s been putting in blue collar hours out there! Whether it’s been The Point, UFC ring girl-ing, drinking karaoke with fans, or almost getting beheaded by a wicked weave, Sophie has definitely found herself inside star level conversations now. Which is pretty darn impressive considering she’s really only a 3&D enforcer off the bench.

Such a shame that her success seems to boil the blood of fellow blonde Jemele Hill & many others in the media. Can’t we all just get along?

HOWEVA, is all that jealous vitriol from Jemele really even a surprise? How’s that old saying go… NO one hates women more than other women? Tale as old as time itself. With NO end in sight. Just too bad. You truly hate to see it.

But let's battle back against some of that hate today huh? In that spirit of kindness, I’ll leave you with a scroll of Sophie’s best highlights from summer. Do I even need to say it? Okay fine. Choose LOVE. And have a great weekend.
