"Dude, I Hear That Every Sunday" -- Christian McCaffery Used His Post Game Press Conference In Australia To Jumpstart His Stand-Up Career
First of all, I don't know if I would wait until I was in Australia to get a haircut. But I get it. You get busy, you forget to schedule an appointment, and by the time you realize you need a haircut you can't get in to your usual spot in time. Christian McCaffery is just like the rest of us having to schedule out 2 weeks in advance.
Or maybe CMC just knew he needed some more material for his stand-up routine. He's not going to get anything funny or interesting at his usual spot, so let's go get a cut on a different continent. And boy did it pay off. That was a great joke. Maybe a little clunky considering everybody knows the term that was most likely used there was "crackin" instead of "cracker". But the set up and delivery were spot on. If Christian McCaffery got up on Kill Tony with that joke, he'd at least be getting out of there with a big joke book. Maybe if the substation did some more damage to his ligaments, he'd be busted up enough to get a golden ticket.
