Mark Dondero Going Bonkers On Drake Maye Is Why Sports Talk Radio Is The Best

I love this so much. So much. For those of you young bucks out there who are still consumed only by your phone as the only source of media, here's a little history lesson - for us old folks, sports radio was the best and kinda only way to get instant or pure reactions from both hosts and fans about their teams. 

Sports radio would run 24/7 and the hosts would be on right after a loss, as well as fans calling in, but the best thing was the day after a big game win or loss and you would make that show appointment listening. Guys like Mike And The Mad Dog would be unreal. Rotating between screaming and yelling, taking calls, playing good cop bad cop, or just so depressed you can't help but feel for them or laugh or both. Just peak peak entertainment back in the day. A simpler time, 

This guy Mark Dondero going apeshit after a Week 1 loss is fucking awesome. This is why sports radio is so perfect. Just lunatic personalities and callers pure as it gets. The damn best. 

Now, I do have to say, him using Xaverian HS playcalling is a bad example .. I happen to know the Hawks are currently on a multiple year run of state championships and in large part to their play calling. Coaches up there are some of the best in the state, find a new comparison Mark, Xaverian is a factory of winning!
