It's Awesome Having Mike Tomlin Not Hold Back And Start Talking About Why The Falcons Are Going To Lose Because Tua Is Their QB

I didn't know if Mike Tomlin would be good on TV. He was sort of boring as a head coach with his press conferences. He said a few things that jumped out but mostly it was the same old repeated stuff. But last night is why I'm in on Mike Tomlin, the analyst. I know he's going to defend the Steelers, I don't got a problem with that. You should be openly cheering for whoever you like. We all have teams we like, not exactly should be a secret but we live in this world where oh no, how could Mike Tomlin think the Steelers are going to win.

But poor Tua, man. The guy just gets eviscerated no matter the situation. If that's not bad enough, this report is out there

PMT had it right:

Sure, it's easy to make fun of Tua. He's a bad quarterback. It's easy to make fun of bad quarterbacks across the league. The Browns? Yeah, they'll lose because they have Deshaun Watson. Jets? Don't trust them with Geno Smith. See, I can do it too. But everyone on these sort of shows always holds back a little bit. They try to protect the shield and never say something like this, but I love it. I want Mike Tomlin to be open at all times. You don't have to go scorched earth all the time but you can say what you think. No one should freak out over that, except for fans of the team you're being honest about. But even Falcons fans can't have that much hope with Tua.

Hilarious that he just dropped that he was in the building. He remembers it fondly. Tua got benched, I won. He should start every story that way before saying who he thinks is going to win.
