This Video Of Kevin Harlan Screaming About Josh Jobe's Pick Directly Next To A Disgusted Pats Coaching Staff Sums Up Last Night's Game Perfectly

I know Pats fans aren't going to like this, but whatever. Welcome to football. I don't even hate the Pats. I actually have a soft spot for the Pats. They beat the Eagles. The Bill Parcells connection. Plus, it's not like they ever beat the Giants and ruined our season. In fact the opposite always happened so why would I hate the Pats? I find myself rooting for them a lot.

I say that because of two things. 1) A toe-tapping interception might be the most underrated cool play in sports. We talk about all the cool things like hitting a homer, big hits, a dunk vs a 3 but a toe-tapping pick like that rules. 2) I can't stop watching this video

Kevin Harlan, also firmly in the rules category. I love Kevin Harlan, think he can make a case for the 1.1 play-by-play guy across all sports. He knows exactly when to go nuts, when to be calm and feels the moment maybe better than anyone else. But look at the background of that video. The Pats staff is in hell. You can see the moment they go from 'Drake Maye is outside the pocket, this is fine, easy field goal and live to fight on' to 'what in the living fuck was that meatball?' It was right about here

That look says it all. Harlan is just doing his job. The Pats coaching staff is just in hell, no matter who was around them. They gotta deal with the loss, figure out what went wrong and you look over and Harlan is painting a masterpiece. Speaking of which, this was the Pats radio:

Just sums up the game perfectly. Pats had so many chances to put it away, Harlan had his moment and people are disgusted across the country. Welcome back football.
