Notre Dame And Wisconsin Have BOTCHED Their Uniforms Tonight

Woof. 

It’s bad enough these networks are in a pissing match and what’s always been a clear stand alone spot we have two games at once when we could have easily split them up, now we have a uniform matchup out of a WB TV show that couldn’t get the rights to real pro logos. All blue … all red - gross. 

And this isn’t two schools who just tried to mix it up and you can go okay well they tried something new for a big game it’s not that bad. No. Notre Dame and Wisconsin’s uniforms are about as clean and classic as it gets. Why make it complicated? Why try and reinvent the wheel(of cheese pun intended since the game’s at Lambeau)? Just so massively stupid. Let them wear the classics and settle the game on the gridiron. Dopes. I also assume that there was more hands in the pot with this decision than the two schools and in fact if I had to guess it was the networks or the brands or whatever who probably leaned on the schools to do this, so whoever it was- they suck. Keep it simple. Especially on opening night.
