Kansas State Scoring 71 Points Put Willie The Wildcat In Push-up Hell

Oh man. I’m sure everyone in The Little Apple is in love with K State running it up. The prodigal son Collin Klein back at the helm, feel good story, the team looks great, covered the spread and the over by themselves. All is happy in Manhattan folks! Except the mascot of course. Dudes in fucking HELL. Someone tried doing the math it’s like 400 pushups. He does 7 when they scored, then he does the new total each time so 7, then 14, then 21 etc etc Dude was making his own CrossFit video by the 3rd quarter. Just absolute hell. I know we all love these traditions but I feel like there needs to be an amendment during week 1 blowouts. Have the crowd help like that scene in Coach Carter, or mix it up and do half jumping jacks, half pushups, or air squats or maybe just clap at this point because if poor Willie had to do just 1 more last night I think he would have needed to be on the IR til October. Just in hell. Can you imagine if he was wearing a full mascot outfit instead of just the head? Brutal. No one loves Coach Klein more than me but if his offense is clicking Kline this all year, Willie is going to need an understudy, and a stunt double PRONTO.
