WATCH: A Robot Was Sprinting As Fast As Usain Bolt Before Crashing And Killing Itself In Hilarious Fashion. Should We Be Worried At All?

I'm petrified of writing this blog in case the robots do, in fact, take over someday. I want to make it evidently clear that this isn't an anti-robot blog, and I do not wish to make fun of them in any way.

HOWEVER, the videos of them malfunctioning are some of the funniest videos on the internet right now. I laugh at them fucking up all the time. The one video a few months back of the robot kicking that kid in the stomach was a riot. 

But is also alarming. These robots are learning martial arts better than I ever could. I tried executing a roundhouse kick for a video this morning and I thought I pulled every damn ligament I had. There was even that video of an entire robot fighting league that went viral recently. That was pretty fucking scary. 

Listen, I know they're actually dogshit at fighting if you watch the full video. But the fact that robots are already learning the basics of fighting leads me to believe that we're gonna have fucking Conor McGregor in robot form in no time. 

Pair that with the speed that the robot today was showing, and you could create an absolute superhero of a machine. And then how long will it take for all of us to be royally fucked??

Sure, they're malfunctioning now. We can all point and laugh at the robot that falls on its ass and dies instantly. But there will come a time where these robots are well-oiled machines. Terrifying well-oiled machines. And honestly, I'm panicking pretty hard at the moment.
